To return the items purchased on our site, please contact us  contact us at kikerviz@telenet.be, at the latest 14 days after receipt of the articles. Orders and personalized goods can never be returned  turn into.
 

The shipping costs for returns are always borne by the buyer, unless in case of manufacturing errors or incorrect orders. Please return the products to us in the condition in which you received them and in full (accessories, packaging, instructions,...). Refunds will be made upon receipt and verification of returned items that have not been used and can be re-sold.
